Find your Inner Balance Yoga Workshop at Studio A Yoga: Saturday, October 3rd, 9:00am- 11:00am
This playful and challenging workshop is for anyone beginning or developing arm balances and inversions. Arm Balances can strengthen the muscles, bones, and joints of the hands, arms, chest, shoulders, back, and abdominals, as well as increase blood flow through these parts. Arm balances also help to focus the mind.
By practicing inversions, you’ll gain confidence and strength, plus experience decreased stress on your body while opening your shoulders, strengthening your core, and decompressing your spine. Inversions also help regulate blood pressure, improve circulation, and reverse the effect of gravity on the body.

Information for new students:
- Brand new students should sign a release form directly with the Alluvian Spa prior to taking classes at Studio A.
- All payments are handled directly through the Alluvian Spa at the front desk.
- Attire: comfortable, loose fitting clothing may be worn and bare feet.
- Please no street shoes inside practice space.
- Mats and water are provided; though it is encouraged you bring your own.
- Please enter studio quietly and respectfully as another class may be in session.
