Combine this with a lovely yoga class designed to focus on key postures and practices for your well-being and happiness. Arm Balance and Inversion Workshop with Meagan Saturday, October 11, 2-4PM - $25

This playful and challenging workshop is for anyone beginning or developing arm balances and inversions. Arm Balances can strengthen the muscles, bones and joints of the hands, arms chest, shoulders, back, abdominals, as well as increase blood flow through these parts. Arm balances also help to focus the mind.

By practicing inversions, you'll gain confidence and strength, plus experience decreased stress on your body while opening your shoulders, strengthening your core and decompressing your spine. Inversions also help regulate blood pressure, improve circulation and reverse the effect of gravity on the body.

Class structure and postures will vary depending on the instructor. Bring a towel and a bottle of water!
